What we collect

  • Account and contact details
  • Profile facts, resumes, job descriptions and conversations
  • Text extracted from a resume when you confirm it as Profile facts; the uploaded PDF or DOCX itself is not currently retained
  • No payment or card data; paid checkout is not enabled
  • Operational logs required to run and secure the service

Resumes contain sensitive information

  • A resume may include your address, phone number, education, employment history and work authorisation. Treat this section as the core of the policy, not a footnote.

How AI processing works

  • Which content is sent to the model provider, for what purpose, whether it is retained, and whether it is used for training. See the AI Transparency Notice for the full description.

Retention

  • Uploaded files are processed in memory and are not stored
  • Confirmed Profile facts and their source text remain with the account until a deletion request is completed
  • Generated PDFs are held in private object storage and deleted 180 days after they are made; a job runs daily to do it
  • AI run records contain model, token, timing and rejection metadata, but not prompts or Resume content

Your rights

  • Account → Privacy shows a count of the data currently stored
  • Account → Privacy takes a full copy of your data as one file, and deletes the account and everything in it
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential processing
  • Complain to your local privacy regulator
